project big boost [pic heavy]

right as some fo you may or may not know i have been gathering parts for my turbo gti build. due to excessive rust the gti build has now turnt into a justy turbo build here are some pics of some of the stuff



ihi vf38 with a larger turbine wheel will be running 26psi 24psi minimum. manifold is by a great guy john in bristal immaculate work


my seats going to get trimmed in honda type r red
vitara pistons 75mm



my head back form the machine shop before ready for some port work

some gauges form glow shif international

semi solid engineand diff mounts form starkey motorsport

earls fittings sor oil line in nd a turbo oil filter

baily dv34
3" into 2.5" downpipe and " turbo outlet by johno

billet fuel rail form suzukird

blasted rocker cover gonna be black

rebored skimmed block ready for o-ringing and grouting

recut crank and topline bearings

and my cultus intake and 60mm tb gonna be revesed for the turbo use

i also have a emerald m3dk ecu and a few other bits not pictured here more to come enjoy

you got majority of the bits needed for the turbo build just missin porberly the most important thing...

rods arrived and got soem brake caliper adapters for the wilwoods from starkey motorsport aka garndi aka andy aka never look a croc in the eyes lol

got a few more things done this week reverse intake oil return welded on and a new air filter welding was done by jonno in bristal

has that oil return been brazed on?
its better than a normal weld if it has, coz it will expand with the heat better than a mig/tig weld

i woz thinkin of getting a cultus intake mani, just to see what all the fuss is about
i know they aint cheap, but if you hear of one gimme a shout mate

yea it has been braised on mate the cultus intake is a good mod especially were your n/a on boosted engines its been known to give 10-15bhp bolt on baby lol try strider on this forum hes selling them at 250 usd i think which is a good price

there 262mm 22mm 4x114. dc2 integra type r discs the wilwood adaptors are made for these discs on the gti with wilwood obviously

the discs in the photo are wrong however they are 4x100 got chucked in with a deal i done so im selling them on ebay then buying the integra ones
